This is for information of all concerned that the Company could not hold it's AGM due for the year 2004 as a case was filed against the holding of the same which still remains pending before the Appellate Division of the Hon'ble Supreme Court for a decision. As the Company could not hold its AGMs and appoint auditors for the years 2005-2011, the annual accounts for the said years could not be audited and passed. As a consequence, the balances of accounts for the year 2011 could not be carried forward, as such we are unable to file and publish the un-audited financial statements for the 3rd quarter ended on 30 September 2012.
